Cyber threats are no longer just an IT issue—they’re a boardroom issue. As ransomware, nation-state attacks, and data breaches grow more frequent and sophisticated, board directors are expected to provide active oversight of cyber risk, ensure readiness for potential crises, and stay ahead of evolving disclosure and regulatory requirements. This SVDX webinar is designed for board directors seeking to sharpen their oversight of cybersecurity in today’s fast-moving threat environment. Our panel of experts will explore the latest threat trends, outline key questions boards should be asking management, and provide guidance on navigating new incident disclosure rules and governance expectations.
