Tracey-Lee Brown is a Director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, where she advises boards and committees on corporate governance, audit committee responsibilities, risk oversight, and environmental, social, and governance matters. With more than 15 years at PwC, she brings experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and financial reporting. Her work helps directors, executive teams, and investors navigate changing governance expectations, and she contributes to PwC’s research and publications on issues facing corporate boards.

Tracey-Lee is a New York–licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant, and holds an Honors Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa, along with the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting credential. Her nonprofit leadership experience includes serving on the board of Women Creating Change from 2020 to 2025.
