Christine Russell has been a financial executive in technology businesses in Silicon Valley for more than 25 years with experience in both emerging and larger firms — public, venture and private-equity backed. Since May 2009, Christine has served as CFO of EAG, Inc. (Evans Analytical Group), a company providing analytical testing services for technology companies, including major semiconductor and material sciences firms with 21 labs worldwide. Christine is responsible for all financial, legal, administrative and compliance functions. Her most recent prior positions include CFO for Virage Logic (VIRL) (sold to Synopsys); Outerbay Technologies (sold to HP); Ceva, Inc. (CEVA) and Persistence Software (PRSW) (sold to Progress Software).
Christine serves as audit committee chair and director for QuickLogic Corporation (QUIK). She also served as audit committee chair and director for Peak International, LTD (PEAK) until its sale. She is a member emeritus of the Santa Clara University Leavey Business School advisory board and a past president of the Silicon Valley Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI), also serving on the FEI national ethics and eligibility committee.
Christine is a regular speaker at the Santa Clara University executive MBA program and undergraduate business school program and has been a panelist for the PCAOB and at major software conferences.
