Sue Barsamian serves on the boards of several public software companies - Box, Gen Digital (formerly NortonLifeLock/Symantec) and Five9, as well as private software companies - Gainsight, Xactly, and Pangea. She previously served on the boards of Segment, Auth0, and Onfido, through acquisitions by Twilio, Okta, and Entrust. With 35 years of operating experience in general management, strategy, and every go-to-market function across both Fortune 50 and early/mid-stage companies, Sue focuses on helping enterprise software and cybersecurity businesses scale effectively.

Carol Carpenter is Chief Marketing Officer at Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security. Carol brings more than 20 years of technology industry and marketing leadership experience to Cohesity and is responsible for leading all aspects of the global marketing organization. Prior to Cohesity, Carol was at Unity, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Unity, she was Chief Marketing Officer at VMware. She also played a significant role in transforming Google Cloud from its early stages to market leadership as a Global Vice President of Marketing at Google and held leadership and marketing roles at ElasticBox (acquired by CenturyLink), Trend Micro, Keynote Systems, Apple, and more. At Cohesity, Carpenter focuses on driving increased brand awareness, refining go-to-market strategies, and creating programs to drive demand generation.

Dan is a culture-builder and results-focused leader. He has been licensed as a financial & operations principal, carries a top-secret clearance, and has served in combat zones as an officer in the United States Army. Most recently, Dan served as the CEO of TIBCO Software and the interim CEO of Allvue Software, responsible for enhancing both companies’ cloud-native product portfolios, strategy, and performance. Previously, Dan helped propel significant data-driven transformations at BMC, Salesforce and C3.ai. He has led global customer operations, product development, and professional services for both public and private companies, and led organizations through hyper-growth scenarios and periods of transformational change.
