Stephen is one of the world’s top business coaches and has developed an extensive library of leadership content that he uses to support a model of high-performance coaching with CEOs and COOs across the globe. He was profiled in Bloomberg Businessweek as “The CEO Whisperer.”
Amy Guggenheim Shenkan
Amy Guggenheim Shenkan is an experienced corporate director, public company officer, and president with a background in both public and private equity–backed companies. She has a long track record of helping companies leverage technology for strategic advantage.
Her executive operating experience spans industry leaders including McKinsey & Company, GE, Wells Fargo, Travelocity, and Common Sense Media. Ms. Shenkan serves on the boards of RingCentral (NYSE: RNG), EverCommerce (NASDAQ: EVCM), Pickles Auctions, Report Local, and the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange. Her previous board experience includes Zuora (NYSE: ZUO), which was taken private by Silver Lake in 2025, as well as RB Global (NYSE: RBA), E.L.F. Cosmetics, and vRide.
Ms. Shenkan is also a Senior Advisor to Altamont Capital Partners and currently serves on the board of directors of Hybrid Apparel and previously served on the board of Byrider.
David Larcker, moderator
David F. Larcker is the James Irvin Miller Professor of Accounting, Emeritus, at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also the director of the Corporate Governance Research Initiative at Stanford Graduate School of Business and senior faculty of the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University. Larcker’s research focuses on executive compensation, corporate governance, and managerial accounting. His most recent book, written with Brian Tayan, was released in June 2023: The Art and Practice of Corporate Governance.
