Molly Finn
Molly Finn is a global legal leader navigating the dynamic intersection of technology, law, and business. She has expertise in developing forward-thinking policy strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and manage risk effectively. Molly was most recently Vice President, Legal and Compliance at eBay where she led a diverse team of legal and compliance professionals covering, employment, privacy, executive compensation and benefits, non-patent IP, compliance and ethics. She joined eBay ten years ago as the Employment Counsel overseeing large internal restructures and an HR Transformation. In 2011, Molly was tapped to lead the Ethics team in addition to her employment responsibilities and has since consolidated much of the legal compliance work done across eBay under her team. In 2017, she added privacy and non-patent IP to round the corporate center counseling practice. Prior to eBay Molly worked in Cisco’s HR department and at a start up in the semi-conductor space.
Laurie Hodrick
Laurie Hockrick is a fellow with the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University. Laurie is known for her ground-breaking research on corporate financial decisions, with a particular interest in corporate cash holdings and capital allocation, including share repurchases and dividends, mergers and acquisitions, and equity offerings. She has also served as a National Fellow at the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace at Stanford. Laurie has received numerous awards to include the National Science Foundation Presidential Young Investigator Award, a Smith Breeden Prize for Distinguished Paper in the Journal of Finance, the Western Finance Association’s Trefftzs Award, a Roger F. Murray Award for Excellence from the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance, the Columbia University Presidential Award for Outstanding Teaching, and she was selected as one of “Forty under Forty” by Crain’s Chicago Business. Professor Hodrick serves as an independent director for Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU), and an independent director for SYNNEX (NYSE:SNX), where she is also a member of the audit committee.
Roxanne Petraeus
Roxanne Bras Petraeus is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ethena, an all-in-one compliance training platform that helps you check all your boxes and build a better workplace. Roxanne was previously the Co-Founder at Supper Meals, an online marketplace for local chefs, focusing on operations, marketing, and product. Previously, she worked as a consultant for McKinsey, and before that, she was an officer in the U.S. Army working as a Civil Affairs Officer.
