Sean Behr is an experienced executive and entrepreneur in multiple industries including e-commerce, advertising and automotive.  He is currently Chief Executive Officer at Fountain, a high-volume hiring platform empowering the world’s leading brands to streamline and scale their recruiting function. Prior to joining Fountain, Behr served as CEO & founder of Stratim, Senior Vice President, Global Operations at Adap.tv, and held various management roles at Shopping.com (acquired by Ebay). In addition, Behr advises, mentors and invests in entrepreneurs and early-stage companies. 

Tracy Cote

Tracy Cote leads the people experience programs at StockX including employee engagement, DEIB, compensation, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and employment branding. She is an Independent Board Director at Emtrain, Advisor at Sendoso, Contributing Author at Forbes Human Resources Council, and author of the top selling HR book People Operations. Previously, she held HR leadership and advisory roles at Zenefits, Genesys, MobiTV, Inc., and Organic Inc. Passionate about the impact of inclusive business cultures, she taught at San Francisco State University for over 10 years, where she demystified human resources management for newcomers to the field.

Janine Yancey

Banafsheh Akhlaghi has over 20 years of experience as founder of a civil rights nonprofit, consultant to the United Nations, Regional Director with Amnesty International, and founder of an international private law practice. She is a member of the Board of Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and member of Board of Advisors of Entefy.
