CO-SPONSORED BY DLA PIPER

M&A Integration brings together two companies to maximize synergies in order for the deal to live up to its predicted value.  Easy to say, difficult to execute. Some may say it is the most challenging part of an M&A interaction. How can the integration portion of a deal make or break an acquisition? What should directors consider as their company pushes through an M&A deal when it comes to the integration portion, and what is his/her role in the process? What is the best way to capture deal value during this phase? And what are the success factors to look for? Join us for this session as our panel of experts discuss M&A integration strategies and case studies for what has worked, and what hasn’t worked.

Please note: DLA Piper’s Silicon Valley office is presently not requiring individuals to submit vaccination or testing information. If exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the firm's offices or attend on-site events.

A LIVE STREAM will be available for this session if you are not able to join in person. Please use this link on March 28th at 4pm to join virtually.
