WEBINAR: ESG Resiliency in a Time of Turmoil

Join us for a webinar co-hosted by NASDAQ.

As businesses and boards navigate a new world during the global COVID-pandemic, there is particular scrutiny around ESG issues.  ESG will continue to garner more attention and prominence as boards and management teams navigate through the public health crisis and then move toward a recovery process during 2020 and beyond. How will businesses maintain their dedication to ESG issues and navigate employee health and welfare, business continuity, strategic planning, environmental concerns, and good governance?

While the environmental aspect of ESG has garnered the most attention in recent years, perhaps the social and governance aspects will be the most important moving forward as companies are forced to reevaluate relationships with its employees, its customers, and its communities along with its stance on leadership and governance.  During this time of upheaval, boards should consider what steps to take to maintain its dedication to ESG issues.  Boards should also be prepared to disclose their approach to oversight and give shareholders enhanced reporting.  Join us for this webinar to learn more about what steps to take to keep ESG issues top of mind during the crisis and, more importantly, during the recovery process.
