Melinda has extensive corporate governance experience, service as an independent director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco where she is currently Vice Chair. She was previously a director of Pac-West Telecomm, and currently serves as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Vanir Group.

Kevin LaCroix is an Executive Vice President at RT ProExec, an insurance intermediary focused on management liability issues. He is also the author of the Internet weblog, The D&O Diary.
