WEBINAR: The Critical Importance of IP Assets for Today’s Enterprises

With nearly 85% of the value of the S&P 500 (over $21 Trillion) represented by intangible assets, intellectual property (IP) assets have emerged as critical for today’s enterprises in our global innovation-driven economy. Couple this with the current environment of unprecedented disruption where companies are grappling with evolving business models and how best to create enterprise value, IP assets are increasingly more critical for enterprise value creation, access to capital, de-risking supply chains, and protecting a re-imagined post-crisis future.  Unfortunately, IP assets have historically been undervalued, under-protected, and under-appreciated as a source of significant value to companies of all sizes, at all stages and in all industries.  Boards are now taking a fresh look at how best to build and leverage IP assets in their businesses.  This panel will provide new insights on how best to integrate IP strategy into board and executive level discussions.
