Anne-Marie is a partner in the San Jose office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). She currently serves in PwC’s Office of the General Counsel addressing matters related to litigation and investigations by regulators such as the SEC and PCAOB. Previously, Anne-Marie was the Assurance Learning and Development Leader in PwC’s National office where she was responsible for developing the strategy and executing operational aspects of the technical training for the U.S. Assurance practice. Prior to that role, Anne-Marie was in the semiconductor practice serving a wide range of multinational public clients and start-ups, including clients entering the pubic markets, issuing public debt and those with significant M&A activity.
Anne-Marie also is the Deputy Chair of the International Accounting Education Standards Board (IAESB), an independent standard setting board operating under the International Federation of Accountants. In that role, she is a board member supporting the IAESB’s strategy and workplan and leads several taskforces addressing current stakeholder needs in accounting education.
Anne-Marie received a bachelor’s degree in combined science from Santa Clara University and a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
