Kartik more than 15 years in experience in executive compensation and corporate governance. He supports Board of Directors and management on issues related to executive and board of directors’ compensation benchmarking and strategy, broad-based compensation design, short-term and long-term incentive design, severance and change- in-control arrangements, disclosure/regulatory items, and other human capital related issues. His industry experience covers technology, life sciences, medical device / diagnostics, oil & gas, and financial services.

Kartik has extensive experience supporting high-growth companies through their entire lifecycle, from start-up to Fortune 500, and has focused on helping companies make the private to public transition via an IPO or SPAC transaction.

Prior to Meridian, Kartik spent over 10 years at Radford, the technology and life sciences division of Aon’s human capital business, where he was head of the west region and served as lead advisor for it’s Private Market vertical, partnering with venture capital and private equity firms to support compensation issues at their portfolio companies.

Kartik earned his bachelor’s in Economics-Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is based in San Francisco.
