Anne-Marie is a partner in the San Jose office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC).  She currently serves in PwC’s Office of the General Counsel addressing matters related to litigation and investigations by regulators such as the SEC and PCAOB.  Previously, Anne-Marie was the Assurance Learning and Development Leader in PwC’s National office where she was responsible for developing the strategy and executing operational aspects of the technical training for the U.S. Assurance practice.  Prior to that role, Anne-Marie was in the semiconductor practice serving a wide range of multinational public clients and start-ups, including clients entering the public markets, issuing public debt and those with significant M&A activity.

Anne-Marie is also the Chair of the International Panel on Accountancy Education, which provides strategic advice to the International Federation of Accountants. In addition to her role as the Chair, she leads the ESG Innovation Team.

Anne-Marie received a bachelor’s degree in combined science from Santa Clara University and a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
